Settings & Account

Settings is where you manage your company, your account, your team and your plan. It's organised as a tab strip.

Setting What you do there
Company Company name, registration, financial year, SST registration, logo
Profile Your name and login email, password
Team members Invite/manage the people who share the company's books
Subscription Your current plan + billing history — see Plans & Billing
AI Credits Your AI credit balance and history — see AI Platform
Storage How much document storage you've used vs your cap
Add-ons Buy more AI credits, storage, e-Invoice quota — see Add-ons

Company details & financial year

Under Settings → Company set your company name, registration number, address, logo, SST registration, and — importantly — your financial year (start/end months). The financial year drives how every report is grouped, so keep it correct. See Reports → choosing the period.

Profile & login email

Under Profile you manage your own name, password and login email. Your login email is your identity — you can change it yourself here (it must be unique).

If you're locked out (can't log in and can't receive the reset email), an ASPLUS owner can update your login email with an admin tool. See Troubleshooting → login/email lockout.

Team members

Invite colleagues to share a company's books. The number of team members you can add depends on your plan (Starter 2 · Essential 10 · Pro/Lifetime unlimited) — see Plans & Billing.

Switching company & language

  • Switch company: the company switcher at the top of the app. Each company has separate books, plan and AI credits.
  • Language: switch between Bahasa Melayu and English from the language control. See Basics → Language.

Settings FAQ

How do I change my login email?

If you can log in: Profile → Update Information, enter the new (unique) email, save. If you're locked out, support can do it for you (owner-only tool, with a reset link) — see Troubleshooting.

Where's my billing history / receipts?

Settings → Subscription shows your plan and payment history, including add-on purchases. See Plans & Billing.

I changed my financial year and my reports look different

That's expected — the financial year controls report grouping. Review your Balance Sheet and Trial Balance after the change; run Books Integrity if anything looks off. See Reports.
