AI Platform Overview (AIRA, AI Connect, AI Assistant & Credits)
ASPLUS has several AI features that share one thing in common: they all read and write through the same accounting engine, so their answers tie out to your reports, and every change they make still goes through the normal rules (and, for writes, your confirmation).
Where: the AI menu (Overview · AIRA · AI Connect), plus the in-app AI Assistant and Scan Document (OCR).

AIRA — WhatsApp AI Agent (Pro/Lifetime)
Message one official WhatsApp number and AIRA answers questions ("untung rugi bulan lepas", "invois mana belum bayar", "baki bank") and can record entries (money in/out, payments, draft invoices/quotations) — always asking you to Confirm before saving anything. AI Connect — ChatGPT / Claude (Pro/Lifetime)
Connect your AI client (ChatGPT or Claude) to ASPLUS over the open MCP standard. V1 is read-only (writes go through a preview→confirm step). You start the connection from your AI client by pasting the ASPLUS MCP address, then approve a consent screen that pins it to one company. Full detail: AI Connect guide.
AI Assistant — in-app chat (Pro)
A conversational assistant inside ASPLUS (full page and a floating widget). Pro-gated; non-Pro users see an upsell.
AI Document Scanner (OCR) — all plans
Scan a receipt/bill and ASPLUS reads it into a transaction. See Banking & Transactions → OCR.
AI Credits (per company)
All the AI features draw from your company's AI Credit wallet.
Credits are per company, not per team. Each of your (up to 3) companies has its own wallet, its own free-trial grant, and its own monthly allocation based on that company's own plan. Credits never move between companies.

You're only charged when the AI actually answers. AIRA weighs more because WhatsApp messages carry a real messaging cost; AI Connect reads are free because your AI client pays for its own processing.

AI Platform FAQ
My new company shows 0 AI credits
Expected. Credits are per company; a newly added company starts at 0 and earns its own free-trial (20) plus monthly credits on first AI use, based on its own plan. See Troubleshooting.
My other company is Pro but this one can't use AI
AI access is per company. An expired/Free company does not inherit AI from a Pro sibling. Put the company you want AI in on its own Pro/Lifetime plan.
Will the AI change my books without asking?
No. Reads are free-flowing, but any write (recording money, a payment, a draft invoice) shows you a summary and requires your Confirm first — on both AIRA and AI Connect. This can't be switched off.
Is my data safe when I connect ChatGPT/Claude?
AI Connect is OAuth-secured and pinned to a specific company at consent; V1 is read-only by default and writes require confirmation. Only Pro/Lifetime companies can connect. See AI Connect guide.
