Partner Portal (Affiliate / Fighter Program)
The ASPLUS Partner Portal lets you earn commission by referring new paying customers to ASPLUS. Partners are called Fighters.
The partner portal is a separate account and login from your ASPLUS accounting account (it has its own registration and sign-in). You don't need an ASPLUS subscription to be a partner.
Where: the Partner area (entry points such as "Earn with ASPLUS / Jana Pendapatan" appear in-app when enabled).
Joining
- Register as a partner and verify your email.
- Complete the application (profile, agreement, and — if applicable — your own company declaration).
- An ASPLUS admin reviews and approves your application.
- On approval you get your Fighter ID and a unique referral code/link.
Referring customers
- Share your referral link (or QR code) — the portal gives you copy, WhatsApp share and a campaign link builder.
- When someone signs up through your link, they're attributed to you (first valid referral wins, with self-referral and fraud checks).
- You can see your referrals and (masked) customers in the portal.
Commissions
- When a referred customer makes a real paid subscription payment, a commission is generated per the active commission rule (default 20%).
- New commissions sit in a holding period (pending), then are released to approved after the holding window.
- Refunds/reversals are handled fairly: pre-payout commissions can be reversed; already-paid ones become a negative adjustment (history is never deleted).
Commission types include new, renewal and upgrade payments. Self-referrals and non-genuine gateways (dev/trial) don't earn.
Payouts
- Add and verify your bank account (and identity documents if required) — this is needed before any payout.
- Once you meet the minimum payout and verification, approved commissions are batched into a payout.
- You can download a statement PDF of your earnings.

Do I need an ASPLUS subscription to be a partner?
No. The partner portal is a separate account. Anyone approved can refer customers and earn commission.
When do I actually get paid?
A commission first passes a holding period (to guard against refunds), then moves to approved. Approved commissions are paid out once you meet the minimum payout and have a verified bank account. Track it all in the portal.
My referral didn't get attributed to me
Attribution is first-valid-wins and excludes self-referrals; it also runs fraud checks (e.g. same-IP velocity). If a genuine referral is missing, contact ASPLUS support — an admin can review and manually attribute.
What commission rate do I earn?
The default rule is 20%, but the active commission rule governs your rate, holding period and how fees/tax are treated. Your commission ledger in the portal shows the exact breakdown per payment.
