ASPLUS is sold as a subscription with three tiers — Starter, Essential and Pro — plus a Lifetime option. Each company has its own plan.
ASPLUS competes on AI + outcomes, not on being the cheapest: the AI Document Scanner, AIRA, ASFusion channel sync and MyTax/SST helpers are the value, priced accessibly for micro-entrepreneurs.

Annual is billed at 6× the monthly price — effectively 6 months free versus paying monthly. (Prices are indicative; the live plan page is the source of truth.)
What each tier unlocks
Every package — including the free trial — gets: Dashboard, Contacts, Items, Tax, Invoices (incl. revision / credit & debit notes and Quotation → Invoice), Quotations, Receipts, Transactions, Accounting, and all the standard reports — Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, Cash Flow Statement, General Ledger, Books Integrity Check and the MyTax Assistant — Borang B. Also base e-Invoice (LHDN) and the AI Document Scanner (OCR) (on every package, gated only by your AI credit balance).
Essential and Pro add: SST-02 Return Report, higher quotas (team, AI credits, e-Invoice, storage), premium e-Invoice, Zakat, Mobile/PWA, and ASFusion: TikTok manual import (CSV/Excel).
Pro only: AIRA (WhatsApp AI) and AI Connect (ChatGPT/Claude), plus ASFusion API auto-sync & multi-channel, API access, and Classroom.
Notes on access. SST-02 is limited to Essential and Pro. AIRA and AI Connect are Pro only (Lifetime counts as Pro-equivalent, so it's included) and are gated per company. The Purchases menu (Bills & Purchase Orders) is available in-app based on your user permissions — see Purchases. Reports, Books Integrity, MyTax and OCR are on every package, so a free-trial or Starter user can use them. See Reports and AI Platform.

Lifetime
Lifetime is a one-time purchase that grants ongoing access at a Pro-equivalent level (unlimited storage, etc.). Lifetime companies get AIRA/AI Connect like Pro. Availability and pricing run through dedicated Lifetime campaigns; one Lifetime per account.
Multiple companies
One account can hold up to 3 companies, each on its own plan (mixed tiers are fine). Add a company from the dashboard company switcher. Whether you can add another depends on your plan/quota.
A subscription created with a 100%-off coupon (price becomes RM0 via a valid discount code) still counts as paid for unlocking features and the add-a-company quota.
Billing, payments & receipts
- Payment is via Billplz. After paying, your plan/credits activate and a receipt email is sent.
- Some post-payment work (receipt email, confirmations) runs in the background, so allow a short moment after paying before everything reflects.
- Your plan and billing history (including add-on purchases) are under Settings → Subscription.

I paid but my plan/credits didn't update
Refresh after a minute — activation and receipts process in the background. If a paid payment still hasn't activated after that, contact support with your payment reference so we can verify and provision it. See Troubleshooting → billing.
Is annual really cheaper?
Yes — annual is billed at 6× the monthly rate, so you effectively get 6 months free compared with paying month to month.
Can each of my companies be on a different plan?
Yes. Plans are per company, so you can mix tiers across your (up to 3) companies.
What happens when my plan expires?
Paid-only features (including AIRA/AI Connect for that company, and Essential/Pro reports) stop until you renew. Your data stays. AI access is judged per company, so an expired company loses AI even if a sibling is still Pro.
