Add-ons (AI Credits, Storage, e-Invoice)
Add-ons let you buy more of a single resource without upgrading your whole plan.

How each add-on behaves
- Storage — permanent. Buy once and the extra capacity stays. Storage add-on is added on top of your plan's cap (unless your plan is already unlimited).
- AI Credits — consumable, roll over, no reset. Top-ups add to your balance and don't expire monthly. AI credits are per company — a top-up applies to the company you buy it from. See AI Platform.
- e-Invoice quota — consumable, rolls over, no reset. Add-on quota is used only after your plan's monthly e-Invoice allowance is exhausted. See e-Invoice.
Buying an add-on
- Open Settings → Add-ons and pick a pack.
- You're taken to Billplz to pay.
- On successful payment, the resource is granted automatically (storage capacity, e-Invoice quota, or credits). A payment record appears in your billing history.
Grants only happen on a confirmed paid payment — an unpaid/abandoned checkout grants nothing.
Add-ons FAQ
Do my extra AI credits expire at month end?
No. Top-up AI credits roll over and don't reset. Your plan's monthly credits are what refresh each month; purchased credits sit on top and stay until used.
I bought storage but my cap didn't go up
Storage add-ons increase your cap on top of your plan (except when your plan is already unlimited, where there's nothing to add). If a confirmed-paid storage add-on isn't reflected, contact support with your payment reference.
Which company gets the AI credits I top up?
The company you're in when you buy — credits are per company and don't cross between your companies. Switch to the right company before topping up.
Should I buy an add-on or upgrade my plan?
If you only need more of one thing (say storage), an add-on is cheaper. If you keep hitting several limits or need locked features (Purchases, SST-02, AIRA), upgrading the plan is better value. See Plans & Billing.
